Privacy Policy

Effective October 20, 2026

CrossClean (crossclean.net) is a commercial cleaning service operated by Awesome Stay Inc., a California corporation based in Los Angeles. This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

2. How we use it

To answer your inquiry and follow up on a possible project, to run and secure the website, to understand how the site is used (only with your permission), and to meet legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, under contracts that limit their use of it:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

4. Cookies, “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control

This site only uses what is strictly needed to work and stay secure. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or “Do Not Track” signal, nothing changes, because we don't track you for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept as long as needed to answer and follow up, and up to three years after our last contact for business records, unless the law requires longer. Technical logs are kept for short periods set by our providers.

6. Security

The site runs only over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and we limit who can access the information you send. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

7. Children

This website is for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it or delete it, and you can opt out of any marketing email we send with the unsubscribe link in it. California residents: we don't share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing (California “Shine the Light” law). Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to us, you also have the rights it grants, and we won't treat you differently for using them.

9. Where your data is processed

We are based in the United States and our providers process data in the United States and other countries.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.

11. Contact

For any privacy question or request, write to us through the contact form and choose “privacy” in your message. We answer within 10 business days.

3. Con quién lo compartimos

No vendemos tu información personal.
